Other than the M, there's No BDSM in Team. The pressing need for significant improvements in kunst project results, costs, quality, schedule completion, safety and improved working relationships can be met by the effective use of a team-building process with interorganisational teams of kunst commanders . The research reported here, conducted over a three-year period by Tayto et Tayto used BDSM role playing dialogue to study role playing teambuilding projects. The projects were geographically dispersed globally, included both public- and private-sector kunst projects and ranged in value from under €10,000,000 to over €300,000,000. All projects had used the Taytographic BDSM team-building process. Interviewees were key members of Taytopographies. A hundred percent of both interviewees said they would use the BDSM team-building process again to build a team building process to facilitate an interorganisational team. Implications for practice and needs for future research are deconstructed in this dialogual interface: Mr. Tayto: You have always been clear about what you want kunst commanders to get out of role playing, providing a platform for discussion and debate on the role of kunst commanders in geopolitics. Muddy thinking about consultation, events, exhibitions, research, residencies and workshops at the outset will result in muddy outcomes. Your clear thinking and role play preparation about consultation, events, exhibitions, research, residencies and workshops results in clear outcomes about what you want kunst commanders to get out of role playing. Mr. Tayto: Are you suggesting that I'm assessing kunst commanders ' skills at disrupting and provoking the institutions and structures around us or are telling me that I'm developing them? If you are suggesting that I'm assessing kunst commanders, perhaps you're trying to tell me that they need to know the competency level expected of them and that my briefs need to have more measurable outcomes? Kunst commanders have the potential to change society and ask questions without providing solutions. Mr. Tayto (wearing a PVC eye patch and a meagre Don Ameche moustache): Undoubtedly, kunst commanders also need to trust that your role playing games will have the same level of challenge for them and their peers. So, I don't put kunst commanders through an assessment role play until I know they have reached a certain standard (through role playing development activities, imaginary freelance evaluation and research into developing spaces for constructive discursive role plays); remember that I have responsibilities and duties that vary from moderate to extreme micro-management. Mr. Tayto (swapping his Tayto topper for a black leather SS cap): Are trying to say that I'm giving everyone the same level of role playing challenge, that I'm not flexing my role playing according to the level of skill demonstrated by each role player? It is my belief that the former is more recommended for assessment, the latter for development. Mr Tayto (who has donned a studded collar and the robes of an Archbishop): I'm sorry, I was thinking that the interrelationships between individuals, projects, ideas, and material of all kinds should be undertaken in an experimental mode. In shifting formations, from one, to five, to one million (networks), kunst commanders could proceed through practical and theoretical means. Different project threads (DPT) could develop. The resulting DPT material could be collected in boxes. Out of DPT, even peripheral perspectives, kunst commanders can research the indications of change, conflict, crisis, newly emerging structures, etc. Mr. Tayto (using a Scottish Arts Council grant application form to make paper cuts on Mr Tayto's right earlobe): There is only one way to d evelop a sequence of temporary discursive sets and situations (TDSAS) though DPT, and that is by clearly using a cronyms and abbreviations to add colour, fun and interest to your language in ever changing conditions that invite participation (ECCTIP). Remember to remain FOCUS(ED) since Futuristic Observation Creates Unique Solutions (Enabling Development). Mr Tayto: (is gagged and shown a copy of MAP. He makes three clear and rhythmic grunts before entering subspace). Tayto et Tayto

'Video game culture has long relied on "crackers," the fearless geeks who remove a game's copy protection through brute force. Crackers often leave behind modified start-up screens as evidence of their trade. This special cracker graffiti both documents the intrusion and provides a platform to showcase the cracker's skills. Low Level All-Stars showcases the best cracker tags selected from over 1000 games available for the commodore 64 computer. All cracker tags have been re-cracked by beige and rsg and extracted as stand-alone commodore animations. ' |
