Kevin Heavey But n' Ben 27th Nov - 19th Dec 2004   Editburgh   Kevin Heavey was The Embassy's Artist-in-Residence during Autumn 2004. For 5 weeks he canvassed public opinion, setting up a hotline number that allowed residents to voice their opinions and amend public art in Edinburgh.
